Objective of this bachelor thesis is project management and planning of Summer School of Innovations at Brno University of Technology. The thesis analyse in detail the surroundings of the project in context of the International Students Club’s activities. The project will be managed by standardized tools of International Project Management Association. The thesis describes used methods and documentation which is transferred to practical use.

The paper summarizes theoretical knowledge based on IPMA standards with specification for management in a student’s organization as well as it shows their usage in practice.

The bachelor’s thesis aims to propose a personnel strategy for a selected student organization. The first part is devoted to literary research on the topic of non-profit organizations, volunteering, and human resources management. The second part is focused on a specific student organization, its description, analysis of the current situation in the personnel area, and its evaluation, including the results of a questionnaire for members of the organization. The aim of the thesis is to propose a summary of recommendations for streamlining recruitment, improving awareness within the organization, motivation, and rewarding members.

Gálík. M. HR strategy in non-profit organization ISC MENDELU. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. This bachelor thesis deals with the improvement of HR strategy in non-profit organization ISC MENDELU. The thesis includes theory, analysis of the current situation in the organization and suggestions for improvement of personnel activities. The thesis deals with the issue of human resources management, planning, motivation, evaluation and remuneration of free time activities and also serves as a relevant methodological and implementational material for the design of a new HR strategy in student non-profit organizations. The proposed HR strategy corresponds to the organization's main goals and is designed to be applied in the short and long term. The design of the HR strategy has to be applied in accordance with a unified human resource management system with regard to the established work activities according to organization statutes. Formula clause:I declare that the following thesis: Personnel strategy for non-profit organization ISC MENDEL has been prepared by myself separately and all the sources and information used are listed in the list of used literature. Abassi, M. The Role of Student Organizations in the Marketing Strategy of Economic Faculties of Higher Education. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. The thesis deals with analysis of the role of student organizations (SO) at the economic faculties of public universities. The work explores the environment in which student organizations operate. The survey includes four interest groups (representatives of the SO, representatives of faculties and universities, students and representatives of companies). Based on quantitative and qualitative analysis, recommendations are made for universities and their economics faculties.
Motivation to join student organizations at University of Economics, Prague

Nowadays, meaning of participation in voluntary student organizations is growing. The main reason for being a member of such groups could not be salary, as it could be choosing a different activity. This thesis analyses and subsequently evaluates major motives of joining the voluntary student organizations. Moreover, it focuses on possible ways how to stimulate students to continue with the activity and what was the original motivation to join a voluntary student club in the first place. The conclusion of the thesis includes outcomes of the research that show, among others, the most common motives such as performing meaningful activities, access to contacts and the need to be a part of a team.
Assessment of Advertising Message

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyse assessment of advertising messages in students organization called AIESEC. For this thesis was chosen advertising messages for recruitment and target group were students of the University of South Bohemia. The theoretical part describes terms such as marketing communication, marketing communications mix and and targets and advertisment. The practical part is based on a qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research is in form of structured interviews with former president of this organisation. Quantitative survey is perfomed by questionnaires wich were filled online. The conclusion contains suggestions of ways to improve advertising messges in AIESEC based on student's opinions. Quantitative survey is perfomed by questionnaires which were filled out online by respondents via online form. In this part are suggestions how to improve the advertising message in AIESEC. All suggestions are based on results of questionnaires survey. At the end of this thesis are two researchs claims which were confirmed or refuted.
Life cycle and documentation of student projects

The aim of this work is to describe and compare student projects by time, range, sources, benefits, risks and quality and suggest possible ways of improvement in planning and organizing of these projects. First part of the work introduced theoretical overview in area of project management and the terms used in case study are listed and described. At first, there are described obtained information about specific projects that are the subject of comparison. From this information was analysed the state of use of the project management tools and the life cycle of student projects. This analysis shows information important to following comparison. Then, it was examined which factors positively or negatively influences the planning and organizing of projects. Subsequently, the proposal was drawn up to enhance the positive effects and reduce negative impacts on student projects. As an additional study then came the analysis of students' interest in participating in the Contest of Student Projects organized by the Department of Systems Engineering at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Life Sciences in Prague.
